In this class you will learn how to prep, color, roll, and cover a single tier cake (3 layers tall: 6"tall) with ease. You will learn the do's and don'ts when handling fondant to prevent rips and that awful elephant skin that can be so frustrating! You will learn how to make beautiful fondant embellishments and how to properly attach them to your cake. Finally, how to properly store and transport your cake.

Students may bring a drink and apron. A Jacket is recommended as the classroom can get cold.
Demo Part: In this class you will learn from start to finish how to make the perfect Mac batter (the Italian way!). How to pipe the perfect shaped Macs.
Hands on: Each student will assemble and decorate 6 free standing Cacti Macs. (That's a total of 18 macs/ 3 macs per cacti). Complete with edible sand, pink rosettes and pearls!
Beginners Cake Class This is a crash course on cake decorating!! This class is for the students who have never touched a spatula or the student who would like to brush up on their skills. Learn how to tort and level cake layers. Fill layers properly. Crumb coating and icing a cake perfectly smooth with American Buttercream. You will also decorate your perfect canvas with simple yet beautiful buttercream borders, roses and writing.
