Beginners Cake Class
This is a crash course on cake decorating!! This class is for the students who have never touched a spatula or the student who would like to brush up on their skills. Learn how to tort and level cake layers. Fill layers properly. Crumb coating and icing a cake perfectly smooth with American Buttercream. You will also decorate your perfect canvas with simple yet beautiful buttercream borders, roses and writing.

$65 class fee

Learn from start to finish how to make these finicky little cookie! So colorful and bright with every flavor under the sun! If you have ever attempted and failed you probably wonder what went wrong? In this class I will go over every ingredient and explain it major role with in the recipe. I will show you exactly how to mix and incorporate each ingredient and what consistency the batter needs to be just before piping!

Each student will have the opportunity to pipe a few cookies as well will receive 24 shells to fill and take home to enjoy! (yes that's 1 dozen cookies!) As well as a recipe packet!

Palette Knife Flower Cake Class
Student fee: $125 (Payment plans are offered, purchase $50 Deposit ticket and follow instructions listed in ticket discription)

In this class you will assemble a double barrel cake covered with a beautiful spackle texture. You will learn how to use this super stable medium to create these beautiful bright colored delicate flowers! Tons of fun techniques!

Refund Policy: No refunds for any reason. Stipulations: If a student cannot attend class for any reason the following procedure can be taken to secure a credit or transfer. The student (purchaser of ticket) can contact Rachel Noel on or before 72 hours prior to the event date to request a transfer to another class (of equal or lesser value) or a credit. Also, the student may attempt to secure funds by selling their ticket prior to the event date. (Selling a ticket at a higher value and or after the event date will result in legal pursuit) Any cancelations made after the 72 hour mark will not be eligible for a credit or transfer and all monies paid will be forfeited.

If a transfer is granted and accepted by the student that transfer will be final and no refund or second transfer will be granted. In addition the student cannot sell the transferred spot.

Deposit Tickets: Deposit tickets are non-refundable and are not eligible for credit or transfer under any circumstances. The student can sell the deposit ticket but must do so through Rachel Noel Designs LLC to ensure the proper exchange of funds for said transaction to the new student/purchaser. This must be done 2 weeks prior to class date.

Ever wondered what certain piping tips can do? Or do you need to brush up on your piping bag skills? In this class Rachel will go over all the basics from different icings, how to properly fill your pastry bag all way to piping borders, writing and even fancy scroll work. No matter if you use buttercream on cakes or Royal Icing on cookies this class is for everyone.

All work will be executed on practice boards that are provided in class.

Ever wondered how cake artists get those perfect flush stripes around a cake? Or how to use chocolate for the ever so trendy drip look? Or maybe you just want to see how sparkly gold edible accents are made? Were you curious about delicate buttercream flowers? You will learn all that and more!
Each Student will construct their own full size 8"(Diameter)x 6" (Height) vanilla buttercream cake from start to finish. Will serve roughly 12-16 generous slices
